Attendance/Meals:
Only paid attendees may attend the workshop. Meals are only provided for attendees.
We hope you understand why this policy is in place.

Cancellations: 

  • Cancellations made prior to (please consult Saratoga Aesthetic Institute for exact dates) will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made between (please consult Saratoga Aesthetic Institute for exact dates) will receive a credit towards a future workshop, less a $100 processing fee and the cost of the hotel room if it has been included as part of the tuitionThis credit may be applied towards a future Saratoga Aesthetic Institute Aesthetic Workshop, and will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. It is the attendee’s responsibility to phone Saratoga Aesthetic Institute regarding upcoming course dates.
  • Cancellations made (please consult Saratoga Aesthetic Institute for exact dates) are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, the registration can be transferred to a colleague.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for ”no-shows”.
